Exotic Pets Treated at PPHC
More people are having exotic pets as companion animals, although not without difficulty. Doc Martin and his team at the Plantation Pet Health Center are available to share their knowledge and expertise with owners of exotic pets about pet care and the special needs many of these pets require.
Visiting with Doc Martin, exotic pet owners can learn about the special needs of exotic pets, such as special living conditions, diet and nutrition based, adequate supply of fresh water, and other species-specific requirements. What is unique about wild animals is their ability to hide signs of illness as a protective mechanism. We will advise you on what signs to look for when your exotic pet is ill and when to bring him into our clinic for treatment.
